
Our EBW (electron-beam welding) manganin shunts, which are punched from precision alloy strip by high-speed stamping machines, have temperature coefficient as low as 20 ppm/k, and the resistance tolerance less than 3%. Due to our high-power electron-beam welding machine, the boundary area of manganin and copper is very smooth, and nearly no welded seam can be observed.
Due to the stable resistivity, narrow resistance tolerance, and low TCR value, our high precision shunts play an important role in the current metering or measurement devices, like battery management system (BMS), electronic control unit, EV/HEV vehicles, power tools, digital meters, or watt meters. The through-holes are important for screw-type EBW shunts, which can be easily connect with the primary wire.
Usually, there are two or three points at the shunt, which serve as sampling points. We can provide lead wire integrated EBW shunt or PCB mount shunt resistor. By further processing, we can also make copper lugs brazed EBW shunt, neutral wire EBW manganin shunt, or brass terminal shunt.
We have devoted to this area for more than 15 years, and can design and manufactured customzied shunt resistors of complicated structures and provide sample within a couple of days, based on the quick prototype technology.
