The epoxy coated choke cores are made of Fe-based nanocrystalline, which has the advantage of high permeability and low iron core loss. Our automatic ribbon winding machines make competitive price for large-scale production possible. The epoxy resin on the surface is strong enough for direct coil winding, while plastic cased nanocrystalline cores are also available. Due to our epoxy resin coating technology, compact size EMC common mode chokes are available. With more than 15 years experience, we can design and manufacture customized nanocrystalline cores within a couple of days.
