Based on the high power electron beam welding (EBW) and precision stamping technology, our EBW shunt resistor forms an integral part of intelligent battery sensor (IBS), or battery management system (BMS). These module or components serve as electronic control units for cordless power tools, electric bicycles, and so on. The temperature coefficient is as low as 20ppm, and the resistance tolerance is less than 3%. With more than 15 years’ experience, we can design customzied manganin shunt resistors of complicated structures, and provide samples within a few days.
