
Many high power or heavy current applications require the soft magnetic core low iron loss under medium-high frequency. As a new deveoped soft magnetic material, nanocrystalline has the advantage of high permeability and low coercivity. The hystersis loss is much lower than that of silicon steel. We can provide switch high power nanocrystalline cores with dimensions and magnetic parameters specified by customers. The cores are mainly used for transformers and inverters for power conversion in high current applications of many areas.
We can make customized nanocrystalline switch hi-power cores of very big size. And there are many encapsulations: plastic/bakelite/DMC/aluminum case, stainless steel box with cast resin, crepe paper/insulation tape wrapping, epxoy resin coating, etc. Under different kinds of annealing process with or without external magnetic field, we can control the remanence (Br) and obtain adjustable Bs/Br ratio.
